Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed for transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
